National Irish Bank (NIB) has undergone a complete transformation since Danske Bank Group (Danske) acquired us in 2005. Full integration of NIB into its parent’s systems was completed in April 2006. This included: A €100m investment in new technology systems linked to Danske’s unique IT platform, The introduction of new products and services, The launch of a new corporate identity.
