SHN

Safer Healthcare Now! (SHN) is a National grass roots initiative aimed at reducing the number of injuries and deaths related to adverse events, such as infections and medication incidents. SHN is a patient safety initiative aimed at reducing preventable adverse events and deaths in Canadian hospitals. It is patterned after the 100K Lives campaign, which is being led by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
