Michigan Works! Berrien-Cass-Van Buren is a non-profit workforce development organization. Our mission is to provide a skilled workforce that meets the needs of employers. We provide no-cost services to employers, job seekers, and youth through six area offices throughout Southwest Michigan.
The Michigan Works! Education Foundation was established in 1980 to supplement traditional workforce development programs, which fall short of satisfying the immense education and training needs of Southwest Michigan youths and adults.
