its nice, but why does it default with houses for sale 200 km from my area. They could have personalised this better on IP address or something.
And why do i need to create an account to see the search results??
It is personalized based on IP but it depends where your ISP is located. There is no need to create an account in order to see the search results, just pay attention on the link in header text that will lead you to the results without registration.

@Alex: It was made by a dutch company Clockwork in cooperation with an IT company from Serbia – Vega IT as I recall.
Check out the way they integrated Bing maps with SharePoint website!
