Honda Brazil

Inspired by the uniqueness of the Honda culture, practiced worldwide, Honda Brazil seeks to further expand the fans for their products and contribute to the development of the country. The company’s story began in Brazil in the 70s when there was virtually no market for motorcycles in the country with the founding of Honda Motor of Brazil, in 1971, increased imports of motorcycles and two years later, the product strength.

The big step came in 1976 with the start of domestic production. Today, Moto Honda da Amazônia Ltda. (HDA), Manaus (AM), are produced motorcycles, ATV (All Terrain Vehicle – ATV) and stationary engines. The Honda is a national leader in the motorcycle industry and in 2009 surpassed 13 million units produced.
