Growthpoint

Growthpoint is a property investment holding company listed under the “Financial – Real Estate” sector of the JSE Limited (JSE). We are the largest listed South African property company on the JSE by market capitalisation (31 December 2011: R31,6 billion) and assets (over R50,0 billion).

We own and manage 412 properties in South Africa, 40 properties in Australia (Growthpoint Properties Australia or GOZ, which is 61% Growthpoint owned) and a 50% interest in the properties of the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

Through this portfolio, we provide more than 5,4 million square metres of Retail, Office and Industrial space to South African and Australian businesses. We have 446 people working in our offices and at properties across South Africa.
