Fundacion Carolina

The Carolina Foundation is founded in October 2000 as an institution for the promotion of cultural relations and cooperation in education and scientific cooperation between Spain and the countries of the Latin American Community of Nations, as well as other countries with special historical, cultural or geographical. By their nature, mandate and functions of the Carolina Foundation is a unique institution in the Spanish system of development cooperation and in the framework of the Iberoamerican Community of Nations.
