Nice and clean indeed. Looks very good on iPad and iPhone. Quick question: How difficult would be to automate how the slider images are shown on the homepage? At this time I need to manually change the images by editing the homepage. Thanks! Great theme!

I finally managed to install this theme successfully but I have the slider on all the pages. Did I miss anything? Just an FYI, I’m pretty new with Sharepoint.

Thank you Brian. You can automate the slider using a content query webpart. Not for the faint of heart but there are few tutorials out there. I’ve done it few times. I’ll try to write a tutorial in the next days. So, stay tuned.

lori, make sure you assign the home page layout only for the home. I believe you missed few steps in the documentation.

I installed the template but the none of the images and the style would show. All the css and images folders are under my root as instructed. Any help?

mikestub, can you access any images using the direct path? http://yoursite/themename/images/logo.jpg – Make sure you have Read access for Network account on the all the folders.

    How challenging is the installation?

Drew, with basic SharePoint 2010 and web design skills, following the step-by-step documentation (provided in the package) the installation should be a walk in the park. Implementing this theme will serve two purposes: To give your SharePoint 2010 public-facing website a modern and responsive look and to teach you the tricks of SharePoint branding you would never learn from those expensive boot camps/conferences.

    Hi,

I asked this before but the questions hasn’t appeared on this page; I was wondering if there are any responsive themes developed for SharePoint Intranet at all?

    Thanks

    Sam

I also need to build an Intranet using Sharepoint. I’m a little overwhelmed as I’m a new Sharepoint user and had VERY basic training in January – server is only ready for me now, in April…

We have the theme installed on a development server and it seems to be working, but I cannot get the Twitter feed to work or the Latest Tweets area. Could you offer any more indepth instructions? I replaced Microsoft with the name that I want it to tweet, but nothing works.

Nancy, Twitter made some major changes to the Twitter Widgets. You need to head over to the widget settings page and replace the Twitter widget on Allegra with a new one:

Sandra, please do not use Allegra theme as your system theme. As we mentioned in the documentation: “Make sure you only apply Allegra.master to the Site Master Page and not to the System Master Page.”

I want to put the theme only on an external part of the SharePoint site without effecting the rest if the SharePoint theme. Is this possible?
